a friend of mine and I had decided last night a laune to go to dd this morning. I noticed on the DD app that today 9/29 is a national coffee day and I had claim to a medium ice or hot coffee. I ordered a pumpkin seasoned latte, because it was my first time pumpkin seasoned. Anyway, I used the app, but the price has not shown the free coffee. I wondered why I had to pay $4.29 my assistant was very nice, but when I asked the manager to get a refund, and after we found out why the free coffee did not come out of my price (before location no mgr). only workers open the load and open the safe to cash ready to open running gear thru inside? that doesn't make sense) another employee with pink hair...

Parking lot is a nightmare. Worse still was the service. I went inside. Ordered a coffee and some food. Got my coffee. Stood there for upwards of 5 minutes while everyone who ordered after me got their beverages and food. A young man behind the counter asked if I had received my food. I explained I had not. He spent several minutes looking for it. Found it... a young lady working was holding my bag of food, and had been the entire time while she was screwing around and chatting with her coworkers. By the time I got my food, it was cold. How hard is it to put the bag of food on the counter, literally 3 feet from where you 're standing around chatting loudly about your personal issues? I just want to give a compliment to the staff here at 12 boston post rd in west haven. service is always good, personal are friendly, and they always get my order right. Even if it is busy, the employees are patient and have positive energy I appreciate. many thanks!

I work directly on the road from this place to get a coffee to 7:50 clock and they are closed twice that happened to me when they close at 8 o'clock. how I get it ppl wants to go home but they turn ppl around 10 min b4 y’all close is beyond me
