Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

ordered an ice cream with milk and sugar absolutely disgusting. coffee tasted burned, sugar was simply in a layer on the floor and hardly a milk was in. whatever I just threw it out and ordered another drink mixed mocha without whip, but asked that the chocolate syrup still be put on. got only empty look and was handed over a mixed mocha with whipped cream. I just wiped it off and asked if they were put up on it and they just looked at me empty and asked: “What should I do?” again, asked that the syrup be put up and only empty look again and ask for a worker what to do then I got what I ordered. I get that they are busy, but at least do what their customers order properly.

Google does not show the dine in area closed before closing time 10 p.m. Took an Uber for a coffee and to go to Walmart and they ran to close the door when I walked towards it. Horrible customer service in the evening. By the way, I am a true believer America runs on Dunkin but my experience makes me think otherwise now.

everything was dry. sweet tee was more than sweet his as they added 1 to many tassen sugar. I asked for water to brighten the tea and they accused me of $0.27 for water. all but a young lady looked like they were overworked or just didn't want to be there. in any case not back to this place

my sister went thru drive thru. we first asked how to use the scan and save the function. she was not nice, but the younger lady explained what we had to know and was extremely helpful.

I ordered the zucker speck online and got regular speck and it was all burned, how did that happen? I spend like $30 on foods that are advertised and it is not even done right.
