in the history of dunkin' donuts this is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! When I order my coffee and eat, I always want to come inside because I just appreciate the basic human interaction. this time I came for a simple ice cream and a cup of water. after 28 minutes waiting time I went with only my ice cream and it wasn't even prepared as I had asked to prepare it. very rude customer service especially the tone and body language. I asked that my sandwich should be restored and instead this woman (small heavy weight African American) called the police on me and told me the owner of the facility advised it. I was so angry that I called dk directly and left a formal complaint. now I only make a google and yap evaluation to see that there were other previous customers with the same negative experience, and the police had called them also for simple queries. If I could give this a negative review I would. First off, the staff members have very bad attitudes. They show how much they hate their jobs. When you go to order food, you better only order for one person because if you order more than what they feel is necessary, they get a really bad attitude and show it big time. Next, their food is absolutely awful. The hash browns are more like burnt hash crumbs. Their bagels are always hard and old.
