When I got home and opened the box of munchkins, I was shocked to find that at least seven of them were piled on top of several crushed and damaged ones. I was genuinely disappointed and disgusted by the way the food was handled. To make matters worse, the restaurant frequently has inconsistent hours and seems to be closed when they should be open. The staff often appears distracted, as I noticed them outside while customers are placing orders. I tried to call and voice my concerns, but the young man who answered hung up on me. Overall, this experience has left me very frustrated.
I used to really enjoy this Dunkin’ Donuts. It was fantastic until the woman with the blue hair departed. I don’t mind waiting since I know they’re training new staff, but they no longer serve Dunkin’ Midnight, and my order gets messed up every single time. All I want is a black coffee, no cream, no sugar. It’s a simple order, yet they keep adding cream and sugar. Now, I drive to the Dunkin’ on the other side of town, and it’s totally worth it. My only regret is not leaving a positive review before the blue-haired manager left.
I 'm not one to review Dunkin. How could you go wrong? My usual iced coffee order has not been good. Customer service is bad and slow. When I got to the window today the guy said what can I get for you? like I didn 't just tell them at the speaker. Theyare dressed and act like they don 't work there. Just go down the street to Westchester for better coffee and service!
