I don't appreciate being lying to you. this is not the only part of my bad experience, but it was the part that led me to leave this review. story time: I move on the loudspeaker on the way and command a whole bagel, roasted, with avocado spreads. after a few minutes of silence, the employee reacts with me back: I'm sorry that we can't do that our toaster is down. I answered, that is good, then not roasted. after another delay the employee reacts, we do not do this here. I have placed this order on other locations and calculated for the bagel and calculated separately for the avocado. I didn't want to be difficult and more time in the drive through, so I asked, can I just get everything bage...

I've never not had a problem with them. Their drive-through is always way too long and slow, they are always out of almost everything, and one time when I was waiting inside for over five minutes for them to take my order, not only did they never acknowledge my presence, but when I asked questions, they didn't know any of the answers and were rude! I'm never going back, which is sad because I used to love Dunkin. Go to Tim Horton's instead--it's across the street.

I waited in line for 5 minutes and they served somebody that came in after me They are extremely rude on top of that they are racist and gave me old coffee and I asked if I can get fresh coffee the front counter cashier was rude and said something under her breath so I won’t be coming back y’all really lost a customer I’ll recommend Tim Hortons or Starbucks

Worst place ever. Don’t ever come here. The customer service sucks and the coffee is worse. If you value coffee and taste, go elsewhere. Just terrible experience overall.

two of three times I come here, there is a power failure or another reason why they can't serve hot food. unreliable and time-consuming.
