the East Brunswick location Is absolutely horrendous when the guy at the window was trying to take the order. every single time I order when the guys at the window my order is always messed up and he always has an attitude. on the other hand when the two girls are in there I never once ever have a problem with my order and they were always extremely friendly. because of that one guy I will never step foot in that place ever again. He is rude and obnoxious

The manager/owner working the front counter Ramez G. Was an absolute professional, excellent customer service, and great attitude.Offered me an my kids to try new items from the menu, he was very patient, and answered all of our questions and concerns.Donuts are really fresh, coffee is great , prices are so so

Standard Dunkin in a convenient location.For some reason, this is the only Dunkin I know of that automatically gives you ketchup packets with breakfast sandwiches. Staff should ask if you want them or not because I don't use them for breakfast.
