Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

Super rude staff and long waiting times with your coffee with a 50/50 chance to be right or not (sometimes even less). I complained to NIE about sometimes waiting for more than 20 minutes in the snake to just get the wrong coffee. Today I took a second to open the slow dunkin app and the person in the window (which I thought was from the administration) told me, did you know if you took more than two minutes to get your card in line your car will explode? I couldn't believe the words even came out of his mouth. I'd give 0 stars if I can. The only reason I'm going to this Dunkin is because it's the only one that's there.

This situation is fine, people are nice. I give them one because company tells them that they melt these small plastic sticks in boiling hot water without thinking how plastic melts in hot water, then we consume a toxic chemical. and then the children just follow instructions there without thinking... crazy world where we don't think we put plastic that melts in boiled water, without thinking about the health and well-being of people. I would give zero if it were possible... just absolutely unacceptable that people don't think about the good of others.

The worker Alex was incredibly friendly and outgoing. He makes the impeccable coffee I've ever had in my whole life. He's DEFINITELY on his way. I trust him with my whole life order of coffee. He's perfect, Alex, when you see this, I love your work. Right. Xoxo

Honestly, the rude staff I've met in a coffee house before. Like you? I'm sorry, sweetie, I didn't force you to work there if you hate your job so that you can get another one so easy. I would not recommend going to this place to the Starbucks over the street.

The staff was pleasant and the facility was clean. I would have given a 5-star if my favorite drink was on point. Maybe next time.
