Giving 5 stars for the service! I feel like there's always a hit and miss. I love dunkin. They do me wrong more times than others. If I order on the app- it's not made right. Drive thru is most convenient and sometimes I have to ask if my shots have been added and after being assured I drive away only to taste the bitter coffee of only what I can assume feels like a person who goes home alone every night sulking on a deep depression because life ain't hitting right. I DO give recognition to the service. Even though the girls seem stressed out and overworked- I have seen a few smiles and thank yous. Gosh I wish I remembered the name of the lady here that served us while we were in town visiting. I've got to do better!! Anyhow, nothing short of an amazing experience at this location. We only came for the donut holes and had intentions to go elsewhere for our coffee. The lady that helped us made sure that she changed our minds about dunkin coffee. She allowed us to sample an expresso and a dark blend and others until we found one we liked. We will visit again if we are back in OKC, For the friendly service, donut holes and the COFFEE!

The staff here is always awesome! Plus they always make drinks well- there's only been a few times I've been disappointed. I love ordering in the app and then picking it up- especially if you order on Mondays you get 100 points for ordering. 200 points any drink of your choice, ANY SIZE. So I always order on Mondays, cause.. Let's be real, it's a Monday.. And I almost always have a free drink for the weekend! It's a win all around.

I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts. Their rewards program allows me to earn my favorite drinks for FREE. The menu has a variety of items both my family and I love. This location provides me excellent customer service EVERY TIME.

Fast and friendly. The sourdough breakfast sandwich was delicious. The donuts are alway a welcome treat. The Mango Pineapple Refresher was enjoyed greatly by my wife and granddaughter.
