Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

This location is very poorly run. The store is often locked well after 7am when it is supposed to open at 5am. On a Saturday at 7:45 the store was locked and only the drive thru was open. In the drive thru I was told that they just opened 10 minutesago and only had donuts and coffee. Nothing else. Often there is only one employee working in the morning. I recommenddriving to a further location. You will be served quicker and have a full menu.

Got there at 8 am and ordered a sausage egg and cheese on English muffin and a jelly donut. Observed that as early as it was the preparation area was filthy. Stains and crumbs over much of the area. My food was only partly cooked, muffin was hardly toastedso it was mushy, the jelly donut had to be from the day before as it was sweaty looking; I wouldn?t even try it. Intend toreturn all for refund.

Asked for a cup of ice cause my 4$ ice coffee had like nothing . They tried charging me 1.07$ for a small cup of ice (something new? . I've seen previous reviews of the rude sarcastic attitudes they exhibit on a daily basis its very upsetting to witness.I've been to this location about 5 times now and 4 out of the 5 have been nothing but attitudes.

They closed at 7pm but we don?t understand how hard can be to make a hot latte just cause they clean the machine AN HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSED?? And is not the first time, and we also stop by EVERY SINGLE MORNING, for our coffee , but we may just have to gowawa from now on ALSO CHEAPER but great expreso coffee too

Awful service, staff kept shouting at customers to use the kiosk instead of ordering at the register, they kept locking the door to try to prevent people from coming in. And service was slow. I watched 3 people walk in and leave in the time it took me toget a coffee.
