dunking worst donut has ever visited. a medium coffee “winter blend” bought and during drinking I found the coffee to have a medium size gooey slim in the coffee. worst experience. contacted dunking donuts customer service and informed them about the setting, then received a case number and advised that a general manager would call me back and since I did not hear from the general manager. this incident happens on 1st february 2021. dunking worst donut experience ever. will never visit this loading again.
