This place is great for coffee and food during the morning on the weekdays. The weekends need work. Coffee is normally mediocre and the staff is more worried about their phones and chatting then actually making food. I waited 11 mins to get a sliced and toasted bagel with cream cheese. There was 4 people working and no one even paid attention to the screen that had my bagel on it. Once receiving my bagel there was no apology for the wait or even any acknowledgement that I had been waiting that long. Then I get in my car and there is barely any cream cheese on it.
I love dunkin doughnuts and during the trip a long trip on December 13, I switched off the autobahn after I saw a sign on the autobahn to get hot coffee and a donut. it took almost 5 7 minutes to get there, as it wasn't directly from the autobahn. Once I was there, the coffee was stabbed like the two donuts I bought a glazed and a jelly. this must be brought to quality standards of the chain. very disappointed.
This is by far the best Dunkin' we have ever been to. We bought two iced coffees and 4 breakfast sandwiches while traveling through the area in our RV recently. The service was excellent...very friendly and quick. The food was fresh and superb and the coffees were exactly the way we wanted them. You can tell the employees there take pride in their work. Great job!
I often buy Dunkin daily and buy at least 2-3 coffee daily. Usually I have a great experience, but the staff in this place are rude. They push you through your order without even thanking you. I'm not coming back to this place, although it's closer to work. I'll take the ride through the city to go to the one that's in the raid.
