too many problems on this site. my normal drink in app. was given a completely different drink. was argued with. that it was correct drink through the server. I wanted my money to buy back at another place, because I don't believe in her. I said they wouldn't return money as I paid in app and try to get it from the third party company. Woman, I think is owner or institution working in the morning, told me not to order again in app, but finally told me never to come back to the load. I refused to come from the car thru until I was returned my money, the woman shouted at me, refused to return my money, threatened to call the police and refused to give me the phone number of the district manage...

This restaurant's service was extremely disappointing. Normally, I don't like to leave negative reviews because I work in the food industry and understand mistakes happen, but my experience here was really bad. Today, I ordered a caramel iced coffee with milk and sugar, and to my surprise, there was a huge pile of sugar at the bottom of my cup. It was so excessive, about half an inch high, that I could hear the crunch every time I stirred my drink. I wanted sugar in my coffee, but this was overkill - is this drink going to give me diabetes?

Beware of this shady restaurant that overcharges for basic items like a bagel and cream cheese. They ask for nearly $6 for a single bagel and $3.99 for just 8 ounces of cream cheese. You have to pay separately for each item, like the bagel alone.
