Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

This is my third time with this place. Once went there and they said ..we have not and food, or Munchkins and the coffee machine is broken for frozen coffee .? Then went another time and they played around to be stupid to answer the drive - major and play on the phone on the window listening to rap music? Tonight my husband went and nobody answered the car major waiting to sit there after 7 minutes. So they lost my business, I'm going to drive DD out of town. So sad they don't need the business. And it doesn't matter what time you go there. ?

Horribler customer service. I ordered great late and finished one third of the cup filled. And when I told them they were not very kind and respectful. Although they have submitted the cup according to an argument. I would highly recommend the management to train their employees to treat their customers. This is gonna be my last time from this industry.

This must be the worst Dunkin donuts in the country. I never waited so long, so many orders made wrong. Today they refused to accept customer orders. I asked if someone works, but no answer. They closed the window and refused to help customers. Long lines, terrible service, false articles. I'll take my business differently, where

Drivers before us had a big problem and stopped the ride after a few minutes, even after its refund. When we came to window, the staff was very polite and excused for the delay, although it wasn't their fault.

Drive thru is waaaayyyy too slow... even in the middle of the day.
