Bought a $100 gift card on 12/24/22. Attempted to pay with card, told they were having issues processing card payments, so we paid cash. Returned to the store the following weekend as the card was returned from an associate after they were unable to use it, had no value. I was told at the store, the card was not activated and I need to add money to use it. There is nothing they can do unless I add money. Where is my $100 ? The card was clearly never used as it's not activated. Don't you have a record of the cards sold at your store? I have been buying giftcards every year without issues.
