Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

On the morning that I visited this DD, they must have been terribly disappointed with my voice at the drive thru when I placed what I thought was a simple order for med. Black Coffee, 3 sugars and small hashbrowns. There was no sugar inda Coffee and the hashbrowns were cold. No napkins were given, nor was there a plug placed in the lid sipper like most other DD. Also, the person taking my order told me my price would be $3.33 but when I got to the pickup window, the price changed to $3.76. Totally won't be visiting this DD again. The woman working at the front of the restaurant had darker skin, a nice bone structure, and long black hair with a side part pulled back. She took my order and was helpful, but I was concerned when she went straight from touching the order screen to preparing my hot tea without gloves or handwashing. I asked a nearby man who appeared to be the manager if someone wearing gloves could prepare my tea instead. The woman then left the cup and called out to someone else in a rude manner, which I found unprofessional for customer service. As someone who has worked in food service and currently owns a business, I can attest that this behavior is not conducive to a successful business. The overdone...

BEWARE! I'm a dasher was picking up an order at night. I didn't speak into the speaker. The lady rudely told me next time I better speak into the speaker. As I was trying to explain to her I was unaware because no other restaurants require this, Security appeared out of nowhere threaten to beat me up (I'm a woman) also calling me slur names! You verbally assaulted me for no reason at all! And to top it off he refused to give me my order! Beware these people are very hostile! Peep their police sign on front of the building! They hate African Americans but take our money get rich off of us! Shame on you! Treat your customers with respect dignity! If you don't like us go to another neighborhood...

Best dunkin donuts I have visited by far awesome customer service. Always get my drink perfect. Definitely my go to DD.
