The workers get paid to stand around and do nothing. This one older hispanic lady is probably the rudest person I’ve ever encountered, and it’s clearly aging her prematurely. The food is either burnt, cold, or never served to you. I’ve never had a drink made here correctly. However my favorite highlight of this dunkin is probably the fact that you’ll be left standing at the counter for ten minutes while 5 employees stare at you while continuing their conversation. I genuinely find the fact that these people are legally allowed to vote absolutely fascinating considering they can’t even toast a bagel without four other employees assisting them in the back. Being new to the community I thought I would finally go to Dunkin'. I go to the drive thru and order a large caramel iced coffee and a toasted everything bagel with butter. Well what I got was the right coffee but the bagel was toasted but, no butter on it and not an everything bagel. I got a knife 2 packs of butter and a onion bagel. I called Dunkin 3 times to complain before they answered the phone. They are very short on the phone and then click and your still talking.. REALLY ???? A little hard to butter your bagel when driving. Does this happen all the time or are we just being lazy? It wasn't like they were busy. One car in front of me.. sad, one of the worst dunkins to go. is not sure whether they are simply underoccupied or undertrained. not the less waited over a whole 30 minutes in the line, then the wrong eating went into, they lost like chicken without heads. then also after this eating was cold and hath blows burned to a cripple! I spent $30 just to be dissatisfied. deserves less than 1 star.

They don't know how to make anything, they don't even know how to make a freaking coffee, come on... It looks like they are not trained to do the job, everybody was rude. Dont waste your money going to this location. Never coming back.You can get a better coffee at a gas station for 1$.

Waited and waited and waited and was never served. 30 minutes waisted and finally just left. Need better workers.
