Today is the LAST time I will ever give this place my business. I will never go into nor drive thru this place again. I have been here countless times is the same every time. Again, they didn’t have ingredients for drinks. Again, they cannot hear you over the intercom. I repeated my order over over. I had to speak louder louder each time. Then, I get an attitude from the person about yelling (in which I did not yell, but had to speak loud in order for them to hear). This is daily. . . they cannot hear you, they get an attitude, extremely slow even if you are the only customer, the food is cold, they rarely have ingredients for drinks, they shut down ovens early, they rarely have what you ask...

Staff was rude and dismissive. Unusually so. Like ‘I never write reviews but I had to warn people’ kind of unusual. -Ordered and paid for items they didn’t have and was not given a refund for. -Watched patrons behind me order similar or same items and get served first. -Waited FIFTEEN actual minutes for them to acknowledge I was still waiting. Will not be back. Judging by their attitudes, I’m sure they’ll be happy to hear that. Pro-tip: make certain they have the items you’re ordering before you pay. Luckily I’m only out $2.

This is not a good Dunkin'. They employees are rude and cut you off and won't let you finish saying what you are trying to order and their ice coffee tastes watered down. They give you something that you didn't order. My husband ordered a cookie butter ice coffee and instead he got a cookie butter cold brew. Very nasty. Even though this location is close to my house I will drive further to go to a different location from now on.

I would rate this location a zero for hot black coffee, with a temperature of 74.7° at 8:45 AM. I fail to understand how the coffee is this cold unless it was just recycled from yesterday. I have been to this location three times and I always try to give a business the benefit of the doubt, however, the apathy at this location is consistently palpable and the management should be embarrassed.

Ordered breakfast sandwich after waiting for my order and outside, I checked the ticket twice. I didn't order that. I went back, waited, someone finally asked if I needed help. I said I didn't get what I ordered. The ítem I ordered was not available. Anyway, can give them another attempt.
