Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

This location is horrible!!! The service is terrible as-well. I saw 2 female workers on their phones and one of them looked at me and gave me a face! After that she handled my ordered and got it wrong. I asked her politely if she can remake my caramellatte and instead she gave me a cup of water. So unprofessional. In the receipt it said Vianney. Not sure why they hired her ifshe has poor customer service and was on her phone just like the others! I?ll never come back to this location again.

The worst!! Ordered a breakfast sandwich and hash browns before work one morning and realized they forgot the hash browns. I was able to go back and asked if they could include a cup of water. They told me there would be a charge? for a cup of ice water!!Are you serious Dunkin? Will never be back to this location

The employee got my order wrong and argued with me about it while another employee told her that she heard me wrong. She then didn?t bring me my corrected order for several minutes after it was made. Terrible service and worse attitude

Every single food item either comes out raw or burned. The woman on the headset is always the one who knows the least english. The inside is full of flies. I'll never be back, I am gagging thinking of it

Absolutely the worst Dunkin ever. How can they close the drive-through? I understand it was one person working but that is not OK and that is not a thing the manager should know.
