This place is trash!i already had a problem with The Drive thru woman not giving back your change until you ask for it. I let it slide a few times. But then found this in my coffee today. I almost ate it! I was hoping it was a filter of some kind but it seems to be some kind of food. I don’t understand how this could end up in my cup!

the ordered by auto thru, I often had to repeat myself and my coffee is still wrong. I asked about taste shots in my xl coffee and they put 1 pump. collect them to see me and milk when I asked for caramel. I wish I had ordered it in the app, maybe they would have got it right.

Utterly terrible. Drive through guy was rude and ignorant. Coffee taste like soap and hash browns looked like hockey pucks because they were so burnt and hard. Whoever owns this franchise really needs to look over his staff and they way they operate.

Always friendly, but the hash browns today were terrible. No way they should be selling these to the public. They were overcooked and not hot.
