Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

I got coffee and 3 donuts today 1 pumpkin that was moist I old fashioned hard as a rock and I cake with chocolate on dry and the chocolate was dry took it back the girls said it came from the bakery like that the girl in charge said there supposed to behard well she's wrong she threw the bag and said fine ill give you a refund I never asked for one I would have gotten otherones. I am in customer service she needs a class on how to handle situations. I told her I'm calling corporate she didn't care.I told her we wouldn't have come back if they were good so went to McDonald's. Also quite often you can't go in and get foodonly drive up wondering what the issue is

Where do I start? I'm with this Dunkin Donuts 5 to 6 times a week! It is literally the beginning of every day. The staff is different than anything I've ever met. For over 4 years, even with the staff, they have turned around and supplements seem to be something good to beat it out of the park when it comes to services and kindness! Kudos to the team and management of this site!

The service at this point is always at the point. Staff have a great task of moving vehicles through the drive in a timely matter. I never feel that I have to wait very long to get my order, even if there are several cars in front of me.

The young man who was working drive thru at 5pm on 10/13/22 has outstanding customer service , I wish I had gotten his name I ordered a Lg Mocha iced with cream Thank you Manhattan

Fast, competent service. Everybody's so nice. I often go through the passage with my dog, and he gets a bang. My dog and I give 5 stars. Thank you.
