Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

I have never done a review on google until now but I can recommend after 5 experiences at this particular location that I highly encourage anyone who wants to get anything from dunkin dounuts not to go to this location. Just now I ordered through my mobile order just a basic latte listed on their app nothing crazy or anything specific added to it and I received just pure black coffee. I usually give benefit of the doubt but this is the 5th time this has occurred to me at this location. Just dont go here at all even if its the only shop open.

Slowest drive through service of any place ever. It took me 24 minutes to get to the window, and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Once there, I received no sort of greeting; the young man just blurted out my total. After being given my coffee and change, he turned away from the window. He offered no thank you or any sort of apology for the unacceptably long wait. I sat there until he looked at me again, and I left him with a rather forceful You're welcome Slow service poor customer service= my last time giving this place another chance.

dunkin worst. super slow and they ignore customers at the counter. I stood on the stage for 10 minutes and watched workers who did their ding but never was recognized. asking if I only have big 2 tons I was told to wait accompanied by an eye roll. bad service.

truly the worst, every time i try here the food is still frozen on the inside and my coffee tastes like it was sludge scraped from the bottom of the pot, once it even tasted like alcohol it was so sour, never giving this place a chance again not worth it

It is unbelievable how long of a wait it is for this location. And they do not get the order correct. Very disorganized.
