Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

Went to this location yesterday. We ordered at the drive thru, someone took our order on the machine and didnt even tell us our total, just told us to drive up to the window. Went to the window and just waited their, and waited until we realized that noonewas coming. We even honked and noone came. Wondering what they were doing inside that made them so busy as to not be doing theirjob. Never coming here again. Dont want to ever eat from a place that is doing whatever they were doing.

Poor customer service. They rushed me to order. What I got, I basically tossed out of how horrible it was. Also cashier was like: this isn 't Baskin Robins this is Dunkin Donuts. I know where I was. I just don 't go here often so sorry for taking mytime to order.

That was pretty good. All the problems they've ever had (as their card reader in the front) is not limited to this place, it happened to other Dunkins so I don't nitpick it.

These guys are outstanding! They remembered us from last week and made sure the order is exactly how we wanted it last week. Great customer service!
