Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

I know this is a coffee chain, but the service at this Dunkin Donuts is outstanding. On a busy Sunday morning, we were greeted by a lovely, kind woman who took our order. Another young woman was helpful in filling our order (a box of Joe and few other items). While waiting, we watched a young man efficiently filling orders for breakfast sandwiches, etc. Everyone we dealt with with extremely friendly, kind and professional. It was noteworthy service. We loved this place (obviously enough to pen a review)!

Today I ordered hot chocolote for my daughter. It tasted so different that it usually was- very diluted, watery. I came to a DD employee, told him that I was not satisfied, that my drink didn't taste as usual. He just put a new cap on my cup claiming thathe added milk, instead of making a new drink. The taste remained the same. Their customer service sucks!

ordered large coffee. Server gave iced coffee even With cream. Maybe halloween Joke. WHO would drink iced coffee In 52 degree Weather. How did he End up with ?iced coffee? when it was not even mentioned. No time To argue today. Just do better nexttime?. After a couple of sip though, the drink is not bad. But again hope they give what you order

The absolute worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I waited 45 minutes to get a latte. The place is disgusting with trash and food scattered about.

Loved the service here. All drinks and food were made as ordered. We were in and out in a fee minutes.
