Dunkin' - Reservar mesa

This Dunkin' Donuts location is the worst I have ever been to. It is only a three-minute drive from our home, so it is convenient to stop in the mornings before work. However, for the past three mornings, they have consistently gotten our orders wrong, including both the drinks and sandwiches. When we went back to the drive-thru this morning around 5:55 AM, the employee working the window did not even acknowledge us when we tried to ask about our order. It seems like they do not pay attention and make mistakes on purpose. I highly recommend avoiding this Dunkin' Donuts in Holiday and going to the one in Tarpon instead, as the service there is much better. The employees at this location are u...

I have been on vacation for nearly a week and have been stopping by this restaurant every day for a cup of coffee. My wife prefers the iced latte without ice because she doesn't like it getting watered down as the ice melts. Every day, her drink has been filled to the 32 ounces that I paid for. However, this morning, the person working at the drive-thru tried to charge me an extra dollar for the 32 ounces that were already included in the price. Not a very good experience at this location.

I brought my son, who has autism, to this restaurant for ice cream and we had a wonderful experience! The ice cream was delicious and the service was excellent. It's a great place to visit. They were very patient with energetic kids. Overall, I give it a 5 for food, a 5 for service, and a 4 for atmosphere. The price per person is between $1-10.

they had quite rude people. but the personal seemed to have changed and it was a much more pleasant atmosphere.
