Dunkin' Donuts - Reservar uma mesa

Regardless of a wet floor sign and a puddled soaking wet floor, my husband and I went to Dunkin today at this location right around 10:45 am. Upon walking in, I slipped in the puddle walking in and fell. Bruising my knees and elbow. Normally, this wouldnot be so bothersome but I am pregnant, and the store staff was less than helpful. A very wonderful customer went up and askedif I was okay, and then proceeded to ask the front for ice for me. Which then was given none. The employees did not have a carein the world. What keeps a business running is the presence of an attentive staff. Again, there was a wet floor sign, however,if I were 8 months pregnant this would have been a 911 call, and not...

Was just in to this location around 3PM on 11/16/22. I had literally just placed my mobile order as I was walking in the building. The employees were extremely friendly and on top of orders as I was walking back out the door less than a minute afterplacing my order. Thanks for the great coffee and speedy service!!

I enjoy this location because they're clean, spacious, and offer variety of bakery items. There was a time I had encountered a very poor customer service but had contacted DD HQ about it. I was able to communicate with the district manager and he was ableto make amends. Thank you!

Dunkin used to be really good but lately, for some reason, the quality of their coffee has gone down. The service is incredibly slow for one coffee and its not even made properly. When I ask for extra syrup i barely get a single pump. Ridiculous.

Bit into my bacon egg and cheese bagel and there was a piece of chewing tobacco in it
