Dunkin' Donuts - Reservar uma mesa

This place have bunch of young people and they don?t know how to take the orders and they don?t know how to prepare the orders. That?s why they will lose customers. Also they were being very rood to us and started to yell at us.they don?t know how to talkwith manners to there customers.this happened multiple times to us.

They got my order wrong via the app after waiting over 20mins for it. When I pointed out that I hadn?t ordered what they were trying to give me I was told by the manager to take it or leave it. I?m going to leave it and stay with Starbucks from now on.

This place is super unprofessional. Everyone was so lost and were very rude. Something so simple seemed so difficult for them not to mention the fact like they pretend you're not there.
