Dunkin' Donuts - Reservar uma mesa

Went during a power outage. There were big lines so I understand a longer waiting time, and so we waited patiently. After more than 3 orders being completed for customers behind us in line, an employee asked us what we were waiting for; I handed her our receipt and she left to go make them. We watched her pour a cup of cold brew that had been sitting on the counter for about 15 minutes into my dads coffee when he didnt order cold brew. All the sizes were wrong and all the orders were made incorrectly, and to top it off, there were no labels on any of the drinks. Employees don't seem good under pressure and I would avoid going here if the line seems long.

I recently went through the drive-thru and had a distressing experience. The girl at the window was loudly talking about being sick and her frustration about having to work. When she finally addressed me, she shouted, "What do you want?!" and abruptly snatched my money from my hand. I was one of five cars that were asked to pull over and wait. As I sit here, I can see two employees running around the parking lot, shouting out orders because they seem completely disorganized.

The coffee was up to DD standards in taste. There is no drive-thru here. The counter serve were quick on the front end but kind of slow on the back end. I asked for cream but she heard cream and sugar. The coffee wasn't piping hot.

It's hard to review a massive chain place, but this is just like any other Dunkin donuts shop. Nothing unique.

Gets my order right every time love it it just has a little wait time tho
