I would like to point out this by saying that I work in the service sector. I work daily with demanding, rude customers. So in return, I am very understanding with mistakes and so when I go out to eat or something. HOWEVER, I just had the WORST customer service of my life. DARLENE the checkout, took my order on the speaker, 2 coffee and a tea and told me to come to the window. I came into the window and she asked me to repeat my order... okay. I repeat it and pay, and she asks me to drive forward and she'd bring it to me, all right. I understand. It's getting busy. I'm here. I'm sitting in front of the store for ten minutes, watching everyone in the Auto-Dru line behind me leave no problem w...
zero stars if possible, mismanaged and neglected the only amazing thing is that such a place still gets customers and some of the staff are pleasant. Its contently under staff at night and during the day rush and mistakes are made aplenty. i bet the only reason dunkin hasn't taken their license away is that the owners, managers what or whoever review boost themselves but i digress. Take care you go to this dunkin at your own risk. you have been warned otherwise as long as you have patience, money and are willing to wait they will eventually get to you after chanting to themselves oblivious to you. otherwise it has great location 1/5
Just because I had a voucher from the Red Cross blood drive (and a few dollars left on a gift card someone gave me. This visit has done nothing to visit me more often. I stood at the counter for what must have been near ten minutes while the only two employees waited for the ride through customers. Not to be a frequent visitor, I might think I'm in the wrong place because none of them even recognized me, even though I was clearly visible. I was finally waited with a minimum amount of courtesy and almost so much speed. Not surprised that this chain will die a slow death and not be particularly extorted when it does.
Find new employees for your Saturday afternoon. You had three people complained about wrong orders while I was sitting for 15 minutes to get a coffee and my sandwich threw me. I literally stood there watching it go. Very rude and no matter. If the owner reads this, it changes before you lose your customers. You lost me.
