Dunkin' In South Burl

Had the worst experience Ive ever had a Dunkin’ Donuts here. I ordered food that came out burnt. As I ate the burnt food I realized I didn’t like it… so I brought it back and asked them kindly to please remake it or refund me. Note: I’m not just someone who returns food, it was actually burnt more even than just what’s actually shown in the video but I did eat it anyways until I started tasting the charcoal burnt flavors. The managers response to me was that because I had already eaten half the sandwich, even though I ate burnt food, was that they would not remake it or refund me. The restaurant is absolutely filthy. It looks like someone wiped down every surface with a dirty rag. All touch screens were grimy and covered with fingerprints. The person who took my order was tying a trash bag when I walked up and then bagged my order without putting on gloves or washing hands. I should have just left, but didn't want to be rude. I ended up throwing my order in the trash because I was worried the kitchen was unsanitary.

Very unpleasant staff working, all were very rude to each other and one even was discussing an issue with the boss that should have been discussed privately in the office. Not very friendly to the customers either which resulted in my partner and I deciding to leave and not buy anything. The whole atmosphere was stressful, overwhelming and bad. Do not go here!

The people in the front desk looks like they hate to work here or work in customer service. Bad manners and worst client service sense.
