Earl Of Sandwich - Reservar uma mesa

During my visit on May 22, 2023, I observed Exinette D (as seen on the checkout ticket) completely ignoring at least 10 customers while chatting with a friend at the counter. The only person actually working was a lady with short curly hair who was preparing the food. Exinette would toss the orders on the counter and walk away, leaving customers to sift through the bags themselves. When asked about a particular order, she rudely replied that it was not theirs, even though it was. It's no wonder customers are walking out due to being ignored, causing a loss in business for the restaurant.

Earl of Sandwich truly lives up to its reputation as the best hot sandwich in the world. The restaurants at the service plazas may be understaffed, leading to longer wait times for your food. Nevertheless, we are willing to go out of our way and take the turnpike just to enjoy a meal at Earl of Sandwich. We absolutely love it.

Food at this spot located inside Fort Drum sandwiches were ok I had the tuna. And the service was very poor not friendly or courteous. Ambiance.loud and very rushed tone expected of a service plaza.

we had the original and the ham and swiss cheese. it was so good. and luis service was exceptional. ill definitely eat here when around

Sandwich was ok, but service and attitude at the register is something, if you want to ruin your trip that’s the spot lolFood: 3/5
