East Side Mario's - Reservar mesa

The only thing i was not happy during our 1st visit was the fact that we felt little rushed, as at least 4 different servers came at different times to asks us if we need anything else or if everythingwas ok! I mean we had 5 kids so we did take little more time, but i would rather have my meal in somwhat piece, rather than being interrupted 100 times!During my last wisit we waited 45 min to be seated, than waited for food for another 50 minutes, while the server forgot half of the meal and we were never offeres paramegano cheese. I had gone with a couple of friends and my boyfriend, we came and were stuck between two large party tables and had a hard time hearing each other despite how close our seats were to eachother. We also weren't given the usual east side mario's bread which was a little disappointing. Also a table behind us with a family had dropped a cup on accident and the employee cleaning hit my head with a mop and didn't say anything to me not even a simple sorry or ask me to move. Rather he acted like he didn't do anything. Other than those two factors our server was nice and food came out quick.

The food was fantastic. The service terrible. We were seated by one person who took our drink order. Our order was taken by another, food delivered by someone else. No offer to refill the all you can eat salad and bread. Nobody asked how our meal was. At the conclusion, we asked for our bill. The person we asked then took a phone call for several minutes and then went to the back. Ten minutes later we had to ask someone else. Its unfortunate but wont be returning.

We walked in, the young male host was completely useless. We had no idea how to deal with the 3 groups of people who had walked in. My boyfriend and I were frustrated so we walked over to the bar and sat ourselves. The bartender was great! She came over immediately and served us. The food was hot and delicious, and put drinks came fast. It was a great East Sides experience! Reserve uma mesa agora

Great place to go when you have three hungry teen boys! Tons of food, good value. Salad and breadsticks are a staple. The chicken parm is hands down best I've had. Huge piece of chicken, juicy, nice breading, delicious tomato sauce and topped with cheese! Can barely get through the spaghetti that comes with it.

Bada Bing. My wife, son and myself had dinner there last night and it was just ok. I had the spagetti and meatballs. The pasta seemed a bit dry or overcooked.Service was fast and good. They also accepted my auto rewards discount card for 15% off which saves you the taxes.

We were at the milton east side marios and Kara was our hostess. Her customer service was exceptional. My oldest was celebrating her 5th birthday and Kara made sure it was a special one!she said it was her best birthday! Thank

Ive enjoyed east side marios with my family all the time and everytime the waitresses and waiters have had excellent service with exceptional attitudes! We will continue to come to east side to eat enjoy our time! Reserve uma mesa agora

The food was great! I had the hells kitchen chicken which was tasty, and the veggies were cooked just right! Our server Kaylee was always around and provided great service. Thanks east side!
