We visited Erfurt for one day and accidentally discovered the place. To be completely honest, it looked pretty underwhelming from the outside but after deciding the explore the interior our first impression completely changed! The place has really cool and modern vibe, every detail is thought through. And now the best part food! We ordered a Holy Trinity plate, Turkey curry taco and pulled pork sandwitch with fries. And we were blown away! The Holy Trinity is basically a meat plate which was so well prepared and seasoned we could not believe! tasty. can recommend. I cannot place the bbq region, it is not texas or st Louis/Illinois. had the holy trinity, the pastrami was great and the drawn swan was well cooked. I was less a fan of ripening, but I am more used to a dry ruin. Eat: 4 service: 5 atmosphere: 5.

It’s a small place near the Krämerbrücke, with stylish, delicious food and very friendly staff. As the space is limited, get a reservation! Our sandwiches were very good and prices were moderate.
