I have always been hesitant to order food from a meal planning type service. My sister mentioned to me that she tried these meals and that they were good and helped her lose some weight which has been my current issue in my early 40's. Put it this way, these meals are so delicious and fresh, even my 13 year old son begs to steal some when he sees them stacked up in my fridge. I have used this service for over a year and I can honestly say it makes my life better. I have a crazy busy schedule which can make eating healthy almost impossible when things go sideways. I can always depend on having EBM meals stocked in my fridge to keep me in line with my fitness goals. They frequently change and rotate menu items which keeps things interesting. Not only would I highly recommend but I have already recommended their service to family and friends who all love it!

Compared to the meal prep services advertised online such as factor and freshly, the quality from EBM blows it out of the water, the online services are glorified TV dinners whereas EBM is real, authentic wholesome food. Will definitely order again.

I have a subscription, and I’m really into all the food they’ve been sending me, especially after I let the delivery guy know that the fish meals are NSFW (you should never microwave fish at work), So they responded and stopped sending those.

The food is absolutely delicious. I get the medium size and it’s plenty of food for either dinner or lunch. Delivery is fast and communication is great!!!
