I have been here 3 times over the last few years and every experience has been amazing. It’s classy and elegant but not snobbish. The staff is highly skilled and educated on what they do, their attention to detail is impeccable, and they’re so personable!! We went for a 50th birthday dinner this past Saturday and the food was absolutely AMAZING. It was five courses of perfectly portioned food that was absolutely indulgent. The staff was great with working with myself and another member of our party when we had some dietary concerns my shellfish allergy isn't horrible but it has been progressively getting worse over the years. They were absolutely amazing with making sure I got a substituted protein while my significant other could enjoy the shellfish he loves. Thank you for an awesome evening, eatMOSAIC!

This restaurant doesn't have a bartender, they have professional mixologists who expertly craft well-balanced cocktails. We only had the chance to sample two drinks, but we believe anything on their menu would be amazing. The food was excellent, we really enjoyed the atmosphere and look forward to returning for more! I would give this restaurant 5 stars if I could. We made reservations and requested a vegan menu, and the chef prepared a 5-course meal for us that was completely vegan and made fresh. The waiter was very well-informed about the dishes and what made them vegan. We truly felt like we were getting the customized experience that I have been missing since becoming vegan. Everything was done to perfection, from the first through the desert course, I would recommend this to anybody who likes food that is prepared tastefully and has the freshest ingredients. The cocktails are delicious, and they are made fresh and took a little bit of time after you ordered it, but they were worth the wait. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I would give 5 stars if I could. When making a reservation, inquire about the vegan menu. The chef prepared a 5-course meal for us, all vegan and made with fresh ingredients. The server was very informative about the dishes and how they could be made vegan. It was one of the best vegan dining experiences I have had.
