very interesting the proposal of this restaurant, where the pairs between drinks and food are closely linked. We tried a tasting menu and each dish (very Mediterranean cuisine and very focused on the typical cuisine of maraga) was accompanied by a wine from the area, so that the experience was changing throughout the dinner. I loved the detail of adding to goo part of the wine glass to the dishes to make the same effect that was done before when there was no salt in any way a supermantened kitchen.

We had a reservation and we were placed in a room where there were a couple of groups of 8 people and we asked to be changed, super friendly relocated to the top and a hit.
