I took a sushi-making class and had a great experience. Caroline was a great teacher and my sushi turned out delicious. I can't wait to make them at home again. Some may say the class is expensive, but considering the amount of food I got to take home, the knowledge I gained, and the 3 hours of practice, I can say it was worth every penny! Thanks to my passion for sushi.

We attended a 60th birthday celebration with 7 courses where we could participate in the preparation. What a delight and great quality of delicious food, a memorable experience.
