Ed Toms B-que - Reservar uma mesa

Okay, this is a long post so here ya go...Today's culinary adventure!! Ed Tom's Bar-B-Que for lunch. Big Ed is like that big brother you wished you had. We even met Tom today, she had stopped by in her Sherrif's uniform. So we ordered the All-Star 5 meat plate (all the cuts of meat) and there was so much for both of us, we will be making potato bakers tomorrow. I love the decor, the adult version of coloring on the walls, LOL! There is an array of framed plaques and signs splashed with scripture and love, along with a T.V. with the football game of the hour. Now for the highlight...the meat, it was smoked to perfection, the beans were plump and tasty, the Ed's Mac Cheese was creamy and smoot...

nothing I write here can do justice to this BBQ community! I have eaten almost at any local grill place, and everywhere I am on the go, I met bbq joints, and ed and toms is the best in the permian and one of the best I had my whole life! Not only come back, but probably the only bbq I have here (besides my, naturally lol.) must also mention that most places are either good brisket but not so big. here is my individual review for everything I had:Brisket pork loaded spud beanspotato salat

When I introduced myself to my ideal bbq restaurant, I introduced myself to a modest little place that serves proudly incredible dining. For more than fifty years looking all over the country I finally found it! this is the best bbq I have ever tasted, served by people whose real warmth always feels like a part of their family.

great food. the pulled boar was made perfect and the mac n’ cheese was fantastic! super polite and friendly staff. in my experience is the most authentic and best eating at the places they least suspect this BBQ joint confirms this for me! I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quick bite on the carbahn.

Ed and Toms have good down home food. Everything was great! Ribs, sausage, brisket, potato salad, Mac and cheese. Even the cornbread was good. If you’re going anywhere else for ribs, you’re slipping!
