Eddie Hill's Sushi Thai

Even if you have to wait to get a seat,this place is always worth it. We have been going there for years. Everything is always very good. Tai, Sushi or Japanese. Never had a bad meal here. I am stuck on the Red Curry Duck. Their curry sauce on the duck is wonderful and not like other places we have been to, they give you plenty of sauce. I also love the Thom Kai Chicken soup. Their sushi rolls are always very good as is the salad with a ginger sauce. Prices are good and the quantity of food is also. They always have enough servers to make sure you get good service. We are regulars.

The best Thai food in all of Miami area. The last time I came here was 12 years ago, returned recently from a trip from LA, and the quality is the same in my opinion. We ordered the Pad Thai with Chicken, Green Curry with Beef, and Fried rice with shrimp. All amazing! The Thai Iced Tea was also good, but they stopped the refills. If you are coming here for ambiance, this is not the place for you. But if you want quick take out or a nice meal with Thai food and some sushi rolls, you will like this place.

We arrived at 2:20 and were rudely greeted by a man who told us take out only despite the restaurant hours saying it was lunch time until 3pm. If that 's the case, then advertise as such? It 's unfortunate to have gotten such rude treatment before we even had a chance to dine in. We 'll never be back, and this place needs a huge management overhaul.

First visit was very enjoyable approx. October 2006 and last visit was very different, and was quite different, food served cold and the waiting in between each course caused me to leave.

The food and service are not consistent, there is typically a line to get in. In my opinion not worth the wait to find out if the wait staff showed and the stoves are working.
