12/10/21 Expected expectations. My friend and I had reservations for 6:00 in the bar and sat immediately as soon as we arrived. Ryan did an excellent job because our server and Cole/Colt did a good job. We tried the lamb pop special, our first time with lamb and Ryan suggested we try medium rarely to prevent them being too hard. The holiday special mussels appetizer is a must for every seafood lover trying to get extra bread (then again Ryan), and the King Crab and Mais Bisque was an excellent addition to starting the meal. The Lamb chop holiday special and a medallion trio to try the different topping styles were the perfect entree selections. The Bacon and Bleu were my favorite because of...

Eddie Merlot's knows how to do it! The food was amazing, the service was outstanding, and the desserts are out of this world...the Vanilla Cognac Brownie is a must have dessert and it is more than enough for two! There is a great selection is sides that is plenty enough for two and then some to take home. If you are a wine lover...there are so many to choose from and the staff is very knowledgeable! You don't get the snooty attitude that other upscale places around Ft. Wayne have to offer. There are friendly faces, and attitudes there, that are more than pleased to help you!

Our waiter was Ryan and he's fabulous! The best steak ever! The whole experience was worth the price. I'm ruined to Waygu Beef for life. Nothing else will ever be so good.

Went for our 5 years anniversary and had a great time. Food was good, drinks were great and the service was fantastic. Thanks for a great anniversary.

Excellent steaks, tender, perfectly grilled. Sides were a pleasure and Chocolate Dessert out of this world .
