Eddy’s Tacos Oaxaca

This place is in a Harley Davidson parking lot. We first stopped by late at night after a long day at Legoland and we loved it! My kids and wife (who is extremely picky) loved it as well.they have excellent pastor and a variety of other meats like cabeza, saudero, lengua, and much more . I came back here tonight because my son was craving for street tacos and We ended up eating 17 tacos! I got the quesadilla Asada for my girls and a bunch of tacos for my wife to take home and ended up spending $75! Overall we love the place and will come back again and again. Keep up the great work!

The food quality is average. The meats were a bit dry. I ordered the pastor because it looked appealing, but the taquero used old pastor on my burrito instead of freshly shaved pastor. The salsas were lacking in flavor and spice. On a positive note, all the fresh vegetables and add-ons were indeed fresh. What elevated the tacos and prevented my review from being even lower were the handmade tortillas. The staff was friendly and patient during the ordering process. It was a slow day with no crowd at all.

The staff are friendly, the service is quick, and the food is fantastic! The pastor and asada dishes are bursting with flavor, the salsas are delicious and have just the right amount of heat, and the quesadilla is wonderfully cheesy. It's also convenient with late hours and easy parking!
