we stayed with baby and 5yo. everything was perfect, the hotel staff was very helpful and made a great impression despite all the covidence. the room was large enough for extra bed and baby bed. the hotel is just a few minutes walk from restaurants and food business. hotelchef made a tailor-made dinner menu only for us (we are vegan,) which was a super nice note. our 5yo enjoyed hotel spa (kids only allowed up to 4.30 clock) with the small pool. we drove in st. moritz to ski, this is about 7min. we can definitely recommend this hotel.
the spa is a false advertising. the hotel website has a whole page about the spa, with different steam rooms, etc., and say the wellness area is open from 8 am tomorrow. the reality is that all wellness facilities remained closed on the morning, with taking off a lukewarm bath size whirlpool, even after we complain to the hotel manager. Given the fact that we chose this hotel because of the spa, this was a pretty shutdown. the room and the hotel bar were in order.
we returned to the noble white after about 20 years and were happy to see that nothing had changed. yes, rooms and common spaces have been beautifully renovated, but the same quality of eating and service we have experienced so many years ago has been maintained. simply, this is a great place to spend a week or two; they will not be disappointed! and kudos to wife peterman, the manager, for their efforts to do this!
