I had a very disappointing experience at this sushi bar, with both the food and management falling short. The rice in the cooked roll was separated from the other ingredients, but despite this, I finished my meal. When the waiter asked about the food, I mentioned the issue without requesting a discount. The waiter was understanding and apologized, offering me a 40% discount. However, the manager's response was different. He claimed that the dish was supposed to be that way and since we had already finished eating, there wasn't much he could do. He also advised us, in a rather impolite manner, to raise concerns about the food before finishing the meal. I felt like I was being scolded instead...
