Eduardo's Villamartin Plaza

Very disappointing, took family to Eduardos to introduce them to the Villamartin. Food was fine but no better than that. We had to order sides as we didn't have enough to eat. Ordered Chateaubriand at €70 for 2 people one small portion of chips came with it but no vegetables. I ordered a mushroom pasta dish at €15, it had obviously just been pinged in the microwave, barely tasted the mushroom and had to order chips at €4.95 extra in order to be filled. From the lack of any kind of interaction or service with the exception of the male waiter the whole experience was a disappointment Service 0/10 Food 2/10 Value for money 3/10 I ordered a ribeye steak and whilst it was just about cooked rare the steak was ropey and very minimal I was only offered and thrown a steak knife a 1/4 of the way through eating my steak with the knife being thrown on to the table by a waitress No follow up no asking if we would like more drinks then when we asked for the bill it was again thrown on the table And what’s with having nothing with the main dish every side dish is extra so steak is €26 euros then you add chips or a side €4.50 it starts becoming an expensi...

I really cannot understand some of the negative reviews. Are we reviewing Eduardos or another restaurant ? We have been visiting Eduardos for 7 moths each Sunday and we find the staff very professional and friendly Lesley and Shannon run a first class restaurant with classy ambience the pianist is great and adds to overall dining experience Perhaps the bad reviewers should go to the Irish bars downtown which would be more appropriate for them!!

Very disappointing meal service. Steak was overdone, side very average. Average service tried but obviously little or no training. Massively over priced for what you get. Don't mind paying if a restaurant delivers great food and good service. Only bad meal we had on the Plaza but yet the most expensive..... far better options on the Plaza save your money!

Good quality food and service. Excellent entertainment. Lovely comfortable restaurant. Never any complaints. Best restaurant in Villamartin.
