The food was not fresh at all, it seemed to have been made days in advance, reheated, and delivered. It was the worst food I have ever experienced and ended up being a complete waste of money and time as we had to throw it all away. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. Despite the order being placed under my wife's name, the poor quality of the food remained the same. I chose to try this restaurant based on the many positive reviews, however, I was very disappointed with my experience today. I am baffled as to why the chips were served cold and damp instead of being warm, dry, and crispy. Terrible terrible service ! Never answer phone and cancel orders without an excuse, has happened numerous times now ! Some food edible except for meatballs which are like the one's from a can !! Should be ashamed to call it Italian Cuisine. Be warned. Updated: No info on Facebook and i wasnt aware that the gas was somehow related to the phone lines? Others have complained about the same issues and recieved the same reply. Fake answer, Fake reviews, Fake Italian restaurant !

We ordered spaghetti bolognese, penne stroganoff, and lasagne for delivery. It was the best Italian food we've had in years. The delivery was on time and the staff was very friendly. We give it a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.
