I went in on a Saturday morning on 3/9/24 I was the only person in line so far,and I was pressed for time, however there was two workers and a person I assume was the manager behind the counter, a worker and a manager we’re fixing orders another worker was filling little cups with extra sauce . when she came to the register I asked her how long would it take to make two brisket sandwiches? she told me about five minutes I told her “OK, go ahead let’s make it.” I put in my order and paid for it . she started my order as she got over close to the person who I assume is her manager and she’s getting ready to cook the eggs for the order. I purchase bagels from this location every Monday. I walk in to repeat my same order and today I'm being told they CANNOT provide me with bagels because their oven is broken. I don't understand as their bagel bins are full. This is not a way to treat a loyal and repeat customer.

Ever since Einstein’s parent company JAB Holdings filed for IPO the quality of the coffee has gone down. I feel like they water down the coffee to lower costs so that they can maximize profits and sell the stock at the highest price possible.
