Einstein Bros. Bagels

Double check your order before you leave, got a texas brisket bagel today that had brisket on half the bagel and there was barely even any brisket? Really? We can 't even put enough brisket on a bagel? Lazy work. Even though there isn 't another one close by it 'd be worth your money to find one. Despite the owner being aware of these issues no changes have been made. (See their responses to 1 star reviews below mine, and probably the same response on mine too, lazy work) Edit 6/11/23: A friend went back here today (I thought they were going to a different one) how do you forget the sugar on the strawberry strudel?

Placed an online order with app and it charged my credit card, but they never got it. When I told them this and showed them the text showing it charged my credit card they said sorry you have to buy it again and call Einstein corporate. They said that Einstein Corporate office hours are really inconvenient but I had to argue with corporate to get my money back. Manager wouldn't even tell me this she told an employee in whispers and made the employee tell me

I wanted to have a bagel with friends. I live close by, we walked here to only find out that they have no tables inside or outside! This is just a chaotic place for pickup… we got our bagels, ordered coffee from Starbucks next door and eat it there. This place can close tomorrow and I will not miss it! How can you be selling bagels and coffee and not to have a tables specially when you have so much empty space… pandemic is over, it’s spring 2023!

Service was amazing! Everyone was smiling and greeted me when I walked in, and they made me fresh coffee when my favorite variety was out. Nice atmosphere, but my food wasn't very good. Ordered a toasted bagel with plain shmear, but the bagel was effectively untoasted and had basically no shmear.

Nothing I received was edible. My sandwich was wet and sloppy, hashbrown cold in the middle and burned and smashed on the outside. My frozen coffee didn't have coffee, just ice and milk.
