Placed online order. Walked up to the window after 10 minutes to advise I was picking up the order. Lady said they are working on the order and it will be ready in a few minutes. I was standing right in front of the window waiting for 20 minutes. Noticed other that were standing in line to order after to got there and they already received their order and left. I kindly asked about my order and the lady took it off the waiting shelf with the other online orders. I asked her why she didn’t let me know the order was ready. She said she forgot about me and she said rudely that I should’ve paid attention too. They do not call out online orders so what was I suppose to pay attention to? I want to...

Everyone who works here is amazing. Now, the food is *chefs kiss*, I'm from SoCal, this place hits the spot. First, the nachos.... They're huge, delicious, and there is no shortage of toppings. As with all nachos, best immediately. The veggie burrito is full of veggies and not just beans and basically filler like some places. Tamales are fresh made each day and all amazing (esp the mole). Some of the best tacos in the area. A ton of salsa options, martajada is my favorite. Tons of great NA beverage options including sangria and jumex. The only things missing here are elotes and beer, but you can take your food next door to Burke Gilman Brewery.Vegetarian options: Great veggie options

The guacamole was okay but they gave you enough chips for at least 3 people. The burrito was huge, enough for two meals. I chose carne asada for the meat. There was shade to eat your meal in, which was nice since it was fairly warm.I would definitely go back. :)Parking: Depending upon when you go, parking may be an issue.

An Epic food truck. Pretty much the only food truck Ive ever been to that I didnt think was over priced. I swear I got a 5lb burrito from this place one time.
