El Gusto - Reservar uma mesa

Real fall from grace where quality of good is concerned. Starters and kid's meals plonked in front of us within 5 minutes of ordering, which is always a concern. Children's spaghetti bolognese served luke warm in a roasting hot bowl (strange) and chips straight out of the bottom of the barrel. Mains came out. My burger was alright, but the steak was just awful and definitely a cheap cut. Service gives it the two stars, but this is a sad one as we have been coming here for years, but the decline is now very noticeable. It'll always get clientele due to its location, yet it's sad to see the place content with that.

Just left Gusto ….. whilst the food is good …. That can’t be said of the service …. Absolutely awful!!! Was there for 2.5 hours …. We wernt asked if we wanted more drinks waited 22 minutes for our bill …. Going back we ain’t!!

Good food cooked well Gluten Free catered for which is what we require. Hadn’t booked but not a problem, looked a lot busier by the time we left (8pmish) Cost wise about average for La Cala.

Wanted to go here to celebrate son's exam results. Made two online bookings, never heard back once. So either their systems don't work or they are just rude. A huge shame.

The lunch today was disappointed. They didnt get my order and the quality of the food is not good enough any longer.
