El Paisano offers fast Mexican and Salvadoran food. Compared to other fast food spots serving similar cuisine, it ranks in the top 10. Parking can be difficult to find. I typically order ahead by phone. Prices are reasonable and the food is tasty. The only issue is the inconsistency in making pupusas - different workers use varying amounts of stuffing, resulting in a inconsistent product. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, service a 3, and atmosphere a 3.

Literally the best Mexican Salvador food in the reno area. Their red sauce is amazing.
