I gave this place some attempts, but after tonight I'm done. Drive the additional distance to Yorba Linda. In the past, the problem has ordered the curb side and have to sit around for 5 or 10 minutes before I finally have to pick up my order, but the last few times I went there is better. This time I curated it brought my food in a timely way, but had the back tied so tight, I had to cut it up with scissors when I came home, only to find out that they did not contain the dressing for my wife's salad, so I had to go all the way back to the store to get her dressing and when I told the employee that she left it out of the bag she opened the refrigerator. To the wonderful employee at this location who gave me extra chicken in my 3 piece (2 thighs, one leg meal) near closing, thank you so much! I know we had a good conversation while I ordered, and it may be because I asked for a military discount, or you knew that you were going to throw out the extra, but the extra food fed myself, and some extra for my grandmother after her 3 taco al carbon deal, as well as a meal for her tomorrow! Thank you again and be blessed and safe in the future! This employee deserves a raise!

It's been a while since we bought Pollo Loco and my wife and I were hungry for her delicious chicken, rice and beans. I drove through the drive thru order a 8 piece chicken meal. I just ordered rice and beans to say they don't have beans. I replaced with macaroni and cheese. I received my order and on arrival they gave me macaroni, cheese and corn, I guess it would be one of those days. When I served the chicken, I found myself from burned wings and tasteless chickens. I'm not gonna be back soon.

The chicken was absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes were generous. I shared a meal with a friend, and we both finished every last bite. The soda options were great too—cherry coke and root beer were fantastic! It brought back fond memories. The restaurant had both booths and table seating, and everything was very clean. The worst thing I've ever had. Tasteless, dry, the Cole was slow old, sloppy packaging. Terrible food! No napkins or cutlery were also included. When this franchise was mexican, it was delicious. How do I know? I worked in a South Gate and ate chicken for 1 1/2 years a day. That was a good chicken! Will never buy it again.

Chicken so delicious. Portions generous, shared 4 piece meal with friend and both full after meal. Soda well drinks, cherry coke, root beer was the bomb. Brought back memories. Booths and table seating. Very clean. Staff friendly and cheerful. I would highly recommend this El Pollo Loco gladly. Make healthy choices. ??

I absolutely love their food! The birria burrito is amazing—the beef is cooked perfectly. I also enjoy their double chicken tostada bowl. Their 2- or 3-piece meal options are great as well, and the sides that come with them are always delicious. Overall, it's fantastic food at a great value!

I ordered the grand avocado shell and I asked to be added shrimp and I got dried shrimp?? Definitely won?t back to this place!
